Activities included giving legal advice on the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, the terms of the Joint Venture, negotiation and drafting of the various agreements for the Joint Venture, including the Shareholders Agreement, the Logistics Agreement, the Supply Agreement and the Regulations of the JV Company.
