About the Webinar:
There are four main types of unconscious bias that are common in the workforce: (1) affinity bias; (2) confirmation bias; (3) halo effect; and, (4) attribution bias. These unconscious biases can influence our decision making and lead to inaccurate assessments based on faulty rationale and even prevent innovation and productivity. Come learn about ways to ensure you are aware of your biases, which will help you counter their influence over you and aid in more sound decision making whether that be in your place of employment or in the courtroom.
