The Labor & Employment Seminar focused on lessons we have learned from the pandemic, including the unique employment issues that continue to plague employers. Recent developments that have occurred as a result of the November 2020 election were also discussed. As with prior conferences, the ALFA International Labor & Employment Practice Group assembled panels of experienced and distinguished in-house and outside counsel who not only discussed the applicable law but also, and more importantly, shared their experiences and provided practical tips and information for handling the various issues that confront employers.
