Hospitality & Retail – 2019

This 2019 Compendium, prepared by the ALFA International Hospitality & Retail Law Compendium Practice Group members was designed to serve as a single resource for ALFAI clients regarding important hospitality law issues.

The Compendium is a survey of each state’s laws on:

• The use of CBD oil in products to be sold to the public, i.e. cosmetics, etc.
• Privacy issues including GDPR and its requirements and privacy laws in response to concerns about the lack of protections for consumers.

These topics were selected by members of the Hospitality Practice Group Client Advisory Board.  The Compendium was compiled from information submitted by attorneys in ALFA International member firms from across the country.
