Tomáš Čermák

Tomáš Čermák is primarily responsible for legal projects related to mergers and acquisitions and competition law. He also has experience in many other aspects of commercial law and labour law and has participated in a number of large-scale legal projects. His clients have included many major Slovak and international companies such as ProLogis, Microsoft, ExxonMobil/ESSO, RWE, CME, OHL, Hella, Sita, Enel and Ernst & Young.He is a co-author of the publications “Redundancy Law in Europe” and “Age Discrimination Law in Europe” published by Kluwer Law International BV, Holland 2008 and 2009. Tomáš was participating in the project elaborating a study on the operation and impact of the Statute for a European Company (“Societas Europaea” – SE) in nearly all EU/EEA member states for the European Commission. Tomáš speaks English, Russian as well as his native Czech.
