Pablo Ferraro Mila

Pablo Ferraro Mila focuses his practice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate and Project Finance, Engineering and Construction Projects and International Business Transactions. He is admitted to the Buenos Aires Bar, to the New York Bar and as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He also received a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence Degree from New York University School of Law as a Fulbright Scholar. In addition to his native Spanish, he is fluent in English, French and Portuguese.
