Łukasz Bobeł is a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is responsible for international contacts within the WBW law firm. Łukasz specializes in mergers and acquisitions law, corporate law, securities markets, banking law, and regulatory issues, with a particular emphasis on the FMCG sector. He provides legal counsel on complex M&A transactions for both selling and buying parties, primarily serving large international corporations, medium-sized companies, venture capital funds, and firms listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
