Kristin Haram Førde

Kristin Haram Førde’s main focus is on data protection law and contract law. Her field of expertise is IT/ technology. She has extensive experience acting as in-house and external counsel for companies within the IT sector, representing both customers and suppliers during negotiations. Her expertise entails drafting and negotiating all types of commercial technology contracts, to be used in Norway and globally.

Kristin has vast knowledge of security issues and data protection law, including giving advice to companies regarding compliance issues related to the collection, processing and transfer of personal and key data.

Other areas of competence include IPR, telecom, consumer protection and marketing law as well as public procurement.
