Keith George

Keith George's practice covers a variety of litigation and business law matters, including antitrust, complex and class action cases, with a primary focus in general civil litigation in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. Additionally, he provides crisis management services. He has been involved, significantly, in providing a defense for pharmaceutical companies in the national and state opioid litigation. Keith represents clients as a financial services litigator and handles many forms of litigation, including antitrust, commercial, contract, banking, construction defect, industrial accident, energy-related, personal injury, product liability and employer-employee matters in state and federal courts. Also, he maintains a regional practice in the defense of claims arising from consumer defaults and foreclosures.
