Joo Hyoung Jang

Joo Hyoung Jang is a Partner at Barun Law LLC. Since joining the firm in 2005, his practice has focused on cross-border transactions, M&As, and general corporate matters. He has accumulated a broad range of experience and expertise in the fields of cross-border transactions and M&As, and general corporate matters. He has served as a Member of the Digital Media City of Seoul since 2003, and Vice-Commissioner of the International Committee of the Korean Bar Association and Member of the In-House Lawyers’ Special Committee of the Korean Bar Association since 2011. He received his LL.B. in law from Seoul National University and his LL.M. from Columbia Law School. He is a member of the Bar of the Republic of Korea
