Jonathan Blythe has significant experience in M&A, energy, finance, banking and project work. Being able to negotiate and draft in Turkish, together with his knowledge of the local market, he has helped many foreign investors navigate the tricky waters of the legal and regulatory regime. He advises on M&A deals and provides day-to-day support on corporate matters for multinational clients. Jonathan is also a qualified arbitrator, sitting in ICC cases.
