Jim Jarrow is very experienced in all phases of litigation, including product liability, mass tort, automotive, trucking, agricultural, pharmaceutical, medical device, life and health insurance, disability insurance, legal malpractice and premises liability. He has successfully handled cases valued from a few thousand dollars to more than $130 million. Jim is very experienced in representing the retail industry, including defending premises liability claims for one of America's largest retailers. Jim has successfully litigated commercial matters and handled numerous appeals.
