Fabio Liguori has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, private equity and finance, International Business Law and International Commercial Arbitration, advising Italian and multinational clients. He has acted as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings conducted under the major arbitration rules, including those of ICC International Court of Arbitration, UNCITRAL, London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Swiss Chambers’ Arbitration Institution, Netherlands Arbitration Institute (NAI) Italian Arbitration Association (AIA) and Milan Chamber of Commerce (CAM) in several jurisdictions, including France, Switzerland, UK, Sweden, the Netherlands and Italy.
