Dora Hu has been engaged in the trade remedies field since 2005, and has a deep and comprehensive understanding of the trade remedy laws and WTO rules of various countries. She has represented over 100 anti-dumping and countervailing investigations against China, and provided legal service for more than 200 clients, covering chemicals, tires, steel, textiles, kitchenware, tableware, ceramics, electronics, food, agriculture and heavy industry. She has become a legal expert on WTO rules and anti-dumping rules with respect to EU, EC, US, Canada, Australia, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, Japan, and South Korea;
Foreign-related Investment. Dora has been engaged in foreign-related investment projects since 2009, and has accumulated rich experience in foreign investment projects involving large central government-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises, banks, large private enterprises and small and medium-sized private enterprises in China, especially in Brazil. She has represented several foreign enterprises in investment projects in China, as well as foreign-related trademark disputes and international trade disputes.
