David Draper

Mr. Draper is long-standing member of ALFA’s Construction Practice Group, and has served on the groups’ steering committee since 2015. He has been privileged to represent many ALFA referred clients with Tennessee construction related matters of all variety, ranging from licensure to contract drafting to litigated claims involving such issues as construction defect, design error, payment/liens, delay and extra cost claims. His clients include project owners, design professionals, general and subcontractors and suppliers. He also handles complex insurance coverage disputes – both policyholder and insurer interests - principally involving commercial general liability and professional liability policies. He also serves as a mediator and arbitrator of construction disputes.
