Defense Verdict: Wadleigh, Starr & Peters, PLLC Members Todd Hathaway and Tierney Chadwick recently secured a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case for a New Hampshire hospital and health system in which the Plaintiffs claimed over $50 million in alleged damages.
The case involved neonatal intensive care unit care and involved almost three weeks of evidence. They were assisted by senior associate Catherine Bousquet, paralegal Danielle Lisowski, and assistant Darcy Lowe.
